Paleo Breakfast Recipes

1/4 cup (4 parts) chopped Walnuts
2 tbsp (2 parts) chopped Almonds
1 tbsp (1 part) chopped Macadamias
1 tbsp (1 part) chopped Pecan
Almond milk - Honey/maple syrup/granulated maple sugar/bananas/berries optional
3/4 cup of full fat coconut milk
1 cup of frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1 medium banana
1 handful of fresh baby spinach
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
3 tablespoons of water
4-5 ice cubes
Cook your sausage/bacon first and save the grease to cook your eggs in afterward.
And a side of black coffee to drink!

So technically is it Paleo, no; however, plenty of research supports the health benefits of coffee and there is really no major reason not to enjoy a cup of black coffee even while on your Paleo diet!
