First Time Mom Baby Registry, must have items for babies, baby nursery
Where Do I BEGIN?
As a first-time mom, I had no idea where to begin. What are the must-have items and nice-to-have items?
I asked around families and friends to compile a baby registry and researched HOURS at end to come up with this list. Hope somebody will find it useful!

Excerpts from "The Baby Book":
A baby carrier will be one of your most indispensable infant-care items. This is not to say you must carry your baby all the time, but it may mean chaning your mind-set about babies. ... Good things happen to carried babies and their parents. Most noticeably, carried babies cry less, as if they forget to fuss. Besides being happier, carried babies develop better, possibly because the energy they would have wasted on crying is diverted into growth. Also, a baby learns much in the arms of a busy parent. Babywearing benefits you because it fits in nicely with busy life-styles. It allows you to take your baby with you wherever you go. You don't have to feel house-bound; home to your baby is where you are.

My husband and I probably spent the most of time decising which stroller to get. We made a multiple trips to neary by Baby-R-Us and Buy Buy Baby to get educated first, to try them out ourselves. From luxury strollers like Stokke and Bugaboo to more affordable Graco strollers, we researched about them and tried them all to see if they felt sturdy and safe. There are a lof of brands out there and when it came down to a decision, it was about making a choice based of our lifestyle and we decided to go ahead to Britax B-Ready Stroller because of multiple configration options ( up to 14!) and most importantly, being able to add optional stroller board for older children. This is our first baby but we plan to have more than two. We heard from other friends that they ended up parking their expensive Bugaboo stroller in a garage once the second one was born and like other items on our registry, we opted for products that we can use as long and versatile as possible.
Here is a video review of B-ready Stroller. For more videos we watched,
